For the Love of the Dogs – Dog Training Terms & Conditions Last updated: December 2025 These Terms & Conditions apply to all dog training services, group classes, or private sessions provided by For the Love of the Dogs (“the School”). By booking or attending training, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms. ________________________________________ 1. Training Services 1. Training sessions are designed to teach skills, obedience, and behaviour management. 2. Training is tailored to each dog and may include group classes, private sessions, or homework exercises. 3. No guarantees are made regarding the rate or extent of progress. Results depend on the dog’s temperament, history, health, and the owner's consistent follow-through. ________________________________________ 2. Client Responsibilities 1. Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behaviour, and any previous training. 2. Owners must follow training guidance, exercises, and homework to support progress. 3. Owners must ensure their dog is fit to participate and not in pain, unwell, or infectious. ________________________________________ 3. Health & Safety 1. Dogs must be vaccinated and free from contagious illnesses. 2. Dogs that have vomited or had diarrhoea must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending. 3. Owners must disclose any aggressive or reactive tendencies. 4. The School reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog deemed unsafe for themselves, other dogs, or staff. ________________________________________ 4. Dog-to-Dog & Environment Safety 1. Group training involves interaction with other dogs. While supervised, dogs may behave unpredictably. 2. The School is not liable for injuries caused by other dogs or accidents during sessions. 3. Owners are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their own dog. ________________________________________ 5. Fees & Payment 1. Fees must be paid in advance or on the day of the session unless alternative arrangements are made. 2. Missed sessions or late cancellations may incur charges. 3. The School reserves the right to adjust fees with notice. ________________________________________ 6. Liability 1. Training advice and guidance are provided in good faith, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. 2. Owners accept full responsibility for implementing the training and any results. 3. The School is not liable for any continued behaviour issues, accidents, injuries, or damage caused by the dog. ________________________
